Admission to Certificate In Medical Laboratory Sciences Programme: a candidate must have a certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with minimum passes “D” in the following subjects; Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematic and English.
Admission to Ordinary Diploma Course in Medical Laboratory Programme: a candidate must have a National Technical Award (NTA) Level 4 or equivalent as per MoHSW/NACTE requirements .
MODE OF APPLICATION
- All applicants will submit their application as directed by MoHSW and NACTE.
- Prospective students who meet the entry requirements shall be given joining instructions by the school.
NACTE in collaboration with MoHSW and Non Governmental Health Training Institutions will select candidates who will meet not less than the minimum entry requirements. Those selected shall join College of Academic year starting in September /October.
The NTA Level 4 programmed has a total of 44 calendar weeks. Nineteen (19) weeks set aside for theoretical and practical training, one (1) preparatory week for end of semester examination, and two (2) weeks for end of semester Examinations.
